Deputy Manager required for a hotel in the Eastbourne area
As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the whole hotel along with your management team.
For the opportunity of Deputy Manager our client is looking for a good all round background to include rooms / revenue / as well as a strong appreciation of food and beverage, conference and events operations. Financial awareness and controls, budgeting and development of sales are also essential. You will also have a focus on staff training, development and human resource management within the hotel. Our client is looking for a candidate who has worked in a hotel environment and who is hands on.
This role will suit a candidate who holds a similar position or perhaps an
opportunity for a first time senior managerial position
Salary for Deputy Manager is iro £31,000 / per annum.
