We are looking for an OUSTANDING well organised Teaching Assistant 3 to join our team from September 2014.
We are a popular single form entry Primary school situated in the village of Hellingly, just outside the busy market town of Hailsham.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
• Has a strong track record of outstanding classroom observations;
• Is an excellent teaching assistant with high expectations, who can promise that every child in their class will make great progress;
• Excels at classroom organisation and management (and is tidy!!);
• Demonstrates the ability to maintain good relationships with all pupils regardless of their individual needs;
• Is well organised, completes things on time and has plenty of initiative;
• Is excellent at creating innovative, exciting classrooms and learning spaces;
