We are currently looking for consultants with experience of recruiting in the IT sector (SAP would be very interesting) to work on and make placements from our existing client requirements AND also develop new client business.
Job Description
To generate fees for the company by
Soliciting live and credible job orders from companies and
Placing candidates into these positions and
Maintaining strong business relations with client and candidate(s)
A recruitment consultant's role is demanding and diverse and involves:
A high volume of telephone activity (3 hours plus a day call time)
Developing a constant supply of new leads with the view to generate new and fulfil existing business
using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
building relationships with clients;
developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
