Project Coordinators assist Project Managers in the timely delivery of customer’s projects. They are responsible for performing all routine tasks associated with the production or distribution of Clinical supplies. This includes any or all of the following: scheduling of production operations, generating all project related manufacturing or distribution instructional documentation, tracking receipt and inventory levels of project specific components, assisting in the maintenance of project plans using MS Project, and performing system set ups to manage Clinical supply chains.
The successful candidates will have a degree, preferably in a Scientific, Engineering or Business Management related discipline, excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages. They will preferably have relevant work experience in a business to business customer service role, or working in a Production / Manufacturing / Laboratory / Quality Control or Quality Assurance environment.
