Reputable and well regarded PLC and SCADA software company based in Wrexham are currently seeking an addition to a fast expanding team.......
You will be
Conducting internal testing
Client testing and commissioning of Projects in line with existing practices/procedures
Fault finding and resolving issues quickly and effectively
The right person must have experience within the water / waste water industry in PLC software commissioning, particular experience in Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC's would be an advantage. SCADA Experience in iFix, RSView or others would be considered.
Additional skills in any electrical field, in particular 16th or 17th addition are most useful. Coupled with the ability to resolve problems quickly and have instinctive fault find capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written documents, and perform mathematical calculations. Fluent in English and with at least GCSE in Maths and English. Ability to work with minimal supervision either alone or within a team.
The position of Commissioning Engineer will from time to time require the candidate to lodge locally to the
relevant site.
Candidates should have an ONC/GNVQ qualification as a minimum.
In return you can expect a starting salary of £30,000 coupled with excellent company benefits.
