Our Contact Centre is recognised as industry leading and for the last 3 years has secured a place in the

'Top 50 Call Centre's for Customer Service', achieving 5th Place in 2010. We currently employ various positions including
customer service advisers, team leaders, team managers and bilingual agents in Swedish , Dutch , Norwegian full and part
time. The Centre supports both the UK and other parts of Europe and the environment is state of the art having had
significant investment. The Contact Centre is experiencing significant change and you will have the opportunity to help
shape the future.

Due to expansion we have a number of full and part time vacancies within our Customer Contact Centre in Nottingham.

The roles range from

Customer Service Specialist,
Team Leader
Team Managers.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join
our team. Ideally, you will have a strong call centre background within blue chip environment. On joining you will also
be able to participate in a structured career path which gives you a structured development to help you grow your career.

You will have an

enthusiastic and driven personality with outstanding communication skills to clearly explain the benefits of our products
and services.
For our more senior roles you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in managing people in an inspiring and
motivational way.
We would be interested in hearing from individuals who are bilingual (Swedish/Dutch/Norwegian).
