An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy client team, working as a TUPE Project Coordinator. Your role will involve being the single point of contact for projects where employees are transferring into our client organisation as a result of an acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with client representatives, understand requirements, communicate them to the delivery team, and manage delivery on time and to budget.

About The Role
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Assist the client organisation in identifying requirements for all TUPE transfers resulting from an acquisition
Ensure there is a good process for recording and communicating requirements to the delivery team
Manage priorities of the delivery team based in Krakow, UK and India ensuring all hand-offs between teams are smooth
Report progress on all projects to stakeholders
Where a Project Manager is assigned to a TUPE project work closely with them to ensure accurate delivery of any IT and operational changes
Complete Impact Assessments with the delivery team for each project and submit estimates on time. Monitor progress of actual time spent against the estimate
Work closely with the PM Office to ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and on time and/or that the appropriate amount of hours are deducted from the pool
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced TUPE Project Coordinator who is educated to degree level (or has equivalent business experience). You will have an HR qualification, e.g. CIPD and ideally also be PRINCE 2 qualified. You will have previous experience managing virtual teams, and you will have demonstrable success in a client facing role. You will have worked in a SAP environment, and have an in depth knowledge of the practices and specifically the legal regulations surrounding TUPE transfers. Preferably (but not essential), you will have worked in an HR outsourcing environment, and be experienced in process improvement.
Please note that although this role is virtual, you will be required to spend 2 - 3 days per week travelling within the UK, to attend our client's sites.
