Duties:
Document control management and archiving, contract administration and report generation.
Maintenance of Itron competitor library, marketing journal library and sales literature
Maintenance of Itron customer database and management of sales/marketing literature distribution
Maintenance of spreadsheets
Customer product returns administration and reporting
Sundry order processing and management
Systems licence and support invoice management
Handling day-to-day customer telephone sales enquiries
General admin support, as required
Experience:
Experience in a Sales/Marketing Administration/Commercial Support role.
Demonstrable knowledge of contract administration
Well practiced in general administration procedures; filing, document control and archiving
Skills:
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite; word, excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service skills / handling telephone sales enquiries
Effective interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently
Pro-active and creative approach to problem solving
Ability to influence and organise
Ability to manage workload under pressure and work to deadlines
Enthusiastic approach and motivated.
Must be a team player
Must adopt a professional attitude towards quality
Flexible, with a hands on approach to varied duties
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Qualifications:
Ideally, NVQ3 / National Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)
5 GCSE A-C preferred
Hours:
36hours / week
Mon - Thurs 7.55am - 4.35pm, Fri 7.55am - 11.55am
