A fantastic opportunity has surfaced for a Technical Delivery Lead
to work within a large multi-national organisation, specialising in
the Financial Services. This great Technical Delivery Lead
opportunity is open to a Technical Delivery Lead that can
successfully demonstrate comprehensive experience in end to end
technical delivery of medium to high complexity change.
Accountabilities:
End to end ownership for technical delivery of low to medium
complexity
Coordination of delivery task activities as part of overall
Manage technical delivery communication to key project
stakeholders
Regular and timely status updates to the project stakeholders
(Internal or Supplier)
Identify and manage technical risks & issues to and support
the change control process
Produce implementation plan and coordinate implementation
activity
Experience required:
Experience of working in Financial Services and Banking
Industries
Exposure to structured or process based delivery
methodologies
Management and interaction of technical Suppliers
Working with virtual teams using multiple Supplier engagement
models
Concurrent delivery of multiple projects
Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and
verbal form
Building effective relationships
Excellent time management skills
Developing and maintaining plans to accomplish delivery
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Proficient use of standard PC based applications
The successful Technical Delivery Lead will become an Employed
Consultant of Hyphen and will work onsite for our Client, a UK
Financial Services Group.
As an Employed Consultant of Hyphen you will receive a fixed
