Role: Business Analyst - Econometric Modelling - SAS/SQL Skills: Business Analyst - Econometric Modelling - Marketing - Retail Banking Overview: Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Business Analyst to help enhance the way marketing assign their budget through the use of SAS/SQL and econometric modelling. Core duties of the role: The purpose of the role is to enhance and influence the way in which Commercials marketing advertising spend is looked at through the use of Econometric modelling. The key deliverables of the role include: Development of econometric models including identifying available data attributes form the Datawarehouse Stakeholder management Identification of opportunities to drive future marketing spend Core skills and experience required: A proven track record in developing and using econometric models to enhance ROI from limited marketing spends and then going on to develop forecasting models. Be well organised and delivery focused Have the ability to communicate technical models to non specialists through both oral and written and should include excellent visual presentation skills A proven track record of working in the financial services and Business to Business industry would be a distinct advantage Be a strong team player with a flexible working approach The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Good relationship management experience is critical Key technical skills required: Strong Econometric modelling skills SAS SQL Please note that, due to the high level of applications we receive, we are not able to provide individual responses.
