Working with I&TR in maintaining and developing the appropriate curriculum for the business, including identifying appropriate learning solutions.
Facilitating a range of technical and business skills programmes.
Liaising with and reporting to the I&TR Senior Manager.
Managing and working with the I&TR secondee and subject matter experts to deliver define programme aims, objectives and content.
Working as part of the Audit and ERS learning team and on appropriate firm wide initiatives. Providing input into joint programmes, projects & processes from an I&TR perspective.
Working with the wider learning team to provide logistical support for the delivery and execution of I&TR programmes.
Producing and agreeing I&TR programme budgets with the business. Taking overall responsibility for managing, monitoring and controlling those budgets on an ongoing basis.
Providing input and collating management information for key stakeholders.
Managing internal communications and the learning brand e.g. PR with the business, I&TR learning intranet, profile programmes on the learning management system.
Contribute to the development of I&TR learning team capability. Motivate and develop team members so that the individual and collective performance is of the required standard
Contribution of development and implementation time to ERS global learning and managing/ influencing as appropriate.
Oversight of significant training events e.g. tech week, winter school and graduate induction.
Administrating certifications in conjunction with the professional education department. Help maintain and manage relationships with:
Firmwide learning and HR Teams
Swiss Learning Managers
Global & EMEA ERS Learning
External vendors such as Learning Tree, MIS, Emile Woolf.
Facilitators/ Subject matter experts within the I&TR service line
Internal departments such as Procurement, HR, Professional Education, and Finance.
Specialist teams as appropriate
Experienced Manager within the I&TR sector
Experience in sourcing, designing and delivering learning programmes in the following technical areas: IT Audit IT Security Resilience and Crisis Management Software Testing Data Analytics Data Governance Data Quality Data Integration Project Risk Management Internal Controls & Application Controls
Strong interest and enthusiasm for learning & development
Experience of design and delivery/facilitation of courses essential.
An understanding of learning needs analysis processes.
An understanding of adult learning theory.
