Up to £17,500 basic depending on experience plus opportunity to earn bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an amazing outdoor fashion and footwear store in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. As the Store Manager you will lead by example and motivate the management team and staff to exceed company targets and KPI’S. Expect to lead your team by example demonstrating product knowledge and commerciality, whilst ensuring that they are offering exceptional customer service and remaining productive at all times. Ideally you will be an existing Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge.
You must have a strong retail background within a commercial customer focused environment within fashion
The ideal candidate will:
Be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success
Must be able to maintain a very high standard of customer service at all times
Have a clear understanding of working towards KPI’S
Strong commercial awareness and visual merchandising skills
Must be highly operational
Be motivated and obtain strong communication skills
Be able to build long lasting relationships with all customers
Bring fresh ideas to drive business
