Scope is a charity that supports disabled people to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. Our inclusion team supports disabled children, young people and adults to be included in their communities. That could mean going along to the weekly Brownies’ meeting, a trip to the local swimming pool or providing support in the family home.
We are here to help disabled people have fun, whilst also providing parents and other family members with a break. As part of the inclusion team, you will also be supporting disabled people at an activity centre. Whatever we do, it makes a big difference to the quality of life enjoyed by everyone using the service. Here’s your chance to join us.
A respectful and reliable person with a fun, imaginative approach, you’ll be happy to help with personal care and giving medication. A full induction and training programme is in place for all staff.
The successful applicants will have to travel within Derby and local areas and are subject to an enhanced criminal records check.
