Full time and job share vacancies working a 24/7 shift pattern
You will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public and internal customers and inputting data onto the Crime Management System. To be considered, you should possess excellent keyboard skills, be able to work on your own initiative, possess good communication skills and have experience of high volume data input. Because the service operates 24/7, 365 days of the year you must be prepared to work shifts and bank holidays.
