Topshop/Topman, are looking for a Regional Secretary to provide secretarial and administration support to South Core and South Flagships Region.
Reporting to the Regional Controller you will be based in South Regional Offices in central London.
This is 35 hour role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Secretarial support for Regional Controller, including Diary management, travel booking and expenses, produce reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to Area Managers (around 170 stores) and 9 Giga Manager and Regional Team (HR/L&D/ Recruitment)
- Line management of 2 Regional Administrators and covers duties whilst on holiday
Office administration and facility management : co-ordinate meetings, travel arrangements, stationery orders, purchase orders, arrange meeting rooms, maintaining systems etc.
- Collation of info for RC weekly conference alls with Retail Ops director and Regional Team
- Send out figures to Region; Daily Sales, Brand Flash Sales
Organisation of meetings; Regional, Area, Mega 13 and ROM meetings
- Collates Opening/ MOD feedback JDE authoriser and arranges payment of invoices
