We're looking for a full time Office Manager for a small and friendly General Building Contractor.
Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for general business and office administration including the following:-
Day to day running of the office
Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Financial information for management accounts
Utilities and service providers
Health and Safety
Having covered most/all of the above duties you will be IT literate with a working knowledge of SAGE or similar. You will have a stable track record and probably have worked in an SME business where you have worn several hats. Training and support will be given where required.
You will probably need to be a car owner/driver. Ideal home locations are Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket.
