Due to further expansion within a progressive care provision, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Care Home Manager in West Sussex to manage a service for adolescents in a therapeutic care home setting.
Applicants will have experience in residential child care of at least 2 years within the last 5 years, with some experience of working with children with EBD . You will need a child centered approach and have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements. Registered Manager Award / NVQ 4 in Care or equivalent qualifications are required.
We are looking for a manager who is highly motivated and who will be involved in the development of the company as a whole.
