The Social Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the social care team provide meaningful and appropriate activities taking into account the functional needs of each resident across Abercorns three Care Homes. This post would suit an individual with strong organisational skills and previous social care/care home experience in organising activities for groups of people with a variety of needs and tastes. You will also be responsible, in conjunction with the Care Home Manager, for involving Care Staff and Volunteers in providing a meaningful, varied and exciting programme. This busy, caring role will be rewarding, challenging and never dull. You will need to build relationships and support our residents to maintain their dignity and individuality through activities and have excellent communication skills to fulfil this vital role.
