An excellent, immediate opportunity, has become available for an experienced Administrator, to join this international distributor on a continuous temporary basis.
Your main duties will include;
Assisting in the production of quotes and tenders for customers
Data input and spreadsheet completion
Document checking, filing of essential paperwork involved with worldwide exports
Dealing with some customer enquiries and liaising with internal departments
The Person;
Strong experience within previous administration roles
Some exposure to an export sales environment (desirable but in no way essential)
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
The ability to start immediately
