A large engineering organisation that manufactures radiotherapy equipment for hospitals and research establishments are looking to appoint 5 Senior Systems Engineers
These are complex systems incorporating a wide range of software and hardware technologies including:
High power pulsed RF (magnetrons etc)
Imaging systems
Digital signal processing
Motor control/servo systems
Real time software (C, C++, Linux (Lynx OS)
PC based sequencing software (C++)
Mainframe and client/server database software for treatment planning (C#, SQL etc)
All system requirements are modelled using UML and Rhapsody.
The client requires 5 additional Senior Systems Engineers – they will be spread across (1 or 2 in each of) the 3 main areas of:
Real time systems (Linux, C++, C, FPGAs etc)
“Soft” real time systems (PC based C++)
Non real time systems (GUI’s, PC and client/server, C#, SQL, comms interfaces etc)
