To co-ordinate the timely supply of materials, packaging and equipment to and from the production areas, optimizing operational time, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality requirements, GMP, and Health and Safety compliance.

 Co-ordinate the timely supply of Raw Materials & Packaging materials to the correct workstation.

 Co-ordinate the controlled removal of waste materials from the production areas.

 Co-ordinate the timely supply of relevant equipment to the correct workstation.

 Maintain operational compliance to ensure Quality at Execution on all activities and processes.

 Co-ordinate the calibration and maintenance of equipment.

 Management of PPE ensuring it is available on time and fit for purpose.

 Management of ancillary equipment and supplies to ensure available on time, in the correct standard.

 Effective management of the calibration and maintenance schedule where appropriate
to ensure compliance and Q@E.

 Management of Mechanical Handling Equipment to ensure it is maintained, serviced and fit for purpose..

 Effective and timely communication with Internal and External contacts to ensure efficient and effective maintenance, supply and compliance in accordance with production schedules and Q@A.

 Efficient processing of associated stock management, calibration, maintenance and P.O. documentation.

 Participate in Continuous Improvement projects to develop efficient methods of working in accordance with Lean, Six Sigma and Quality Improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements
Education :
High School Education Level as a minimum

Experience :
Experience working in GMP environment desirable
Pharmaceutical experience desirable, but not essential.
Lean management, Six Sigma experience desirable but not essential.
Stock management experience
