From welcoming customers into the branch to serving them at the counter, your role is to make sure everyone gets great service. So you’ll answer questions and process transactions, but you’ll also always be thinking about how we can be of more value. You’ll recommend relevant products and services and meet a range of personal targets. We’re not looking for people who necessarily have a background in financial services or banking. But you will need experience of working with customers, with a genuine interest in doing what’s right for them. You’ll also need to be willing to work on Saturdays.
