B&Q Leyton - Customer Advisor - TradePoint

Various Full and Part Time Hours Available - Flexible Shift Pattern – Monday to Sunday between 7am - 9pm (Weekend availability essential)

Salary £12,865 pro rata plus additional zone allowance

TradePoint is the Trade Counter operation at B&Q dedicated to the specific needs of our trade customer offering them trade brands, at trade prices. As a Customer Advisor in TradePoint you will be part of a dedicated team offering an efficient, reliable and personalised service to our trade customer.

This role is all about building relationships and trust with our trade customers. You will be expected to give them the product and services they want, when they want it ensuring repeat business.

For this role you will be required to have to the following attributes:

An enthusiatic and energised attitude

Excellent questioning and listening skills

A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Desire to learn about products and services to improve sales and service potential

Enjoy working with others as a team

Ability to work effectively without direct supervision

Flexibility to cover store opening hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis

A down to earth attitude and a friendly approach as well as a desire to help others and a willingness to learn is essential in this role.
