Client Profile:
My client is a respected provider of online research solutions to a wide range of business sectors. They are currently seeking to recruit experienced Market Research Project Managers with to coordinate and deliver custom online market research projects. The role requires a detailed orientated and organised professional who is able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced market research environment.
Role Description:
Creating sample plans for online Market Research projects
Developing strong understanding of client samples and how to target approach to meet client goals
Working within the Custom, Tracker or Ad-Hoc research team depending on relevant skills and knowledge
Consistently delivering and over-achieving on client expectations within market research services
Accurately managing multiple concurrent sample only and online projects to schedule and budget
Coordination project launch stage, verifying the schedule and project specifications.
Solving complex mathematical and logic project challenges
Checking questionnaires prior to scripting and adapting content for online format
Checking screening criteria and quotas against specifications
Liaising with Programming, Translation, Sampling, Data Processing and Quality Checking
Checking online survey prior to launch for accuracy and suitability
Specifying sampling volume and selection criteria
Monitoring survey progress, troubleshooting and making suggestions
Managing and maintaining project files with relevant information.
Person Specification:
At least 2 years of experience within fieldwork, quantitative marketing research or market research project management
Excellent MS Outlook, quantitative, spreadsheet and data analysis skills
Must be an advanced user of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Access
Experience of SPSS or Quantum advantageous
A high standard of numeracy
Able to prioritise and multi-task, working across several projects simultaneously
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and how these can be used in an online context
Experience of relational database design and/or other database management tools preferred
Educated to degree level or equivalent, and a learner or practitioner of structured methodologies
High attention to detail, numerate and well organised with excellent communication skills
Good understanding of data delivery formats and checking and verifying data
Commercially aware and able to identify key project issues
A highly self-motivated team-player, and good relationship-builder
