Due to our continued expansion we are seeking to recruit an experienced Purchasing / Procurement Officer To work within our busy accounts team.
Duties will include:
Implement and maintain a purchasing procedure using our in-house system and Sage Line 50
Responsibility for the purchase administration and order processing
Liasing with suppliers to negotiate / improve purchasing procedures
Negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers and manufacturers
Support Contract Managers with project costing and tender preparation
Liaise with accounts department on payment matters and invoice queries
