Following increased service demand, we have been asked to provide more Band 5 Full time Equivalents for Northamptonshire starting as soon as possible.

These are exciting opportunities to work within the successful Intermediate Care Team who assess and deliver high quality care to patients in Northamptonshire, preventing patients from unnecessarily being admitted to hospital and caring for them in their own homes.

For the post:

You will be a registered nurse and preferably havecommunity/MAU experience.

Car driver is essential.

You will receive a minimum hourly rate of £21.50 (Monday– Friday 08.00 - 20.00), plus holiday pay for Band 6 and £30.00 p/h, plus holiday pay, for Band 7.

Both of these posts are Monday – Sunday but there is someflexibility on the times you work as the service is operational between 08.00-21.00.
