Out of Hours Helpdesk Operator – Part-time variable hours
We are looking for individuals to supplement existing team on our Out of Hours Helpdesk service based in Blantyre. The post demands a high level of customer service, handling calls for a variety of National contracts. Previous helpdesk experience essential, preferably in FM industry, but training will be given on internal systems and processes.
Although working hours may vary weekly and will not be guaranteed we have a current requirement Mon-Fri 6.00pm to 10.00pm and 6.00am to 8.00am, together with various peak periods at weekends.
Will suit individuals who can be flexible and react at short notice to cover sickness, holidays etc.
