THE ROLE – ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our Front Office Department in achieving our financial and customer satisfaction goals. Under the direction of the Rooms Division Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the shift activities at Front Office, acting as a liaison between guests and management in order to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers. Your main responsibilities will be:
To achieve customer satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office employees.
To utilise supervisory skills ands motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.
To supervise and participates in the prompt and courteous check-in, check-out and servicing of guests.
Handling and co-ordinating difficult situations effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a positive approach, excellent organization and follow up skills, and a passion for excellent customer service with an emphasis on exceeding standards and guest expectations. The main requirements for the role are:
Previous experience in a similar position preferred
Previous experience of using OPERA is advantageous
