As a Support Worker you will be providing people with varied levels of support within their own home and local community. This will involve anything from assisting with personal care duties to focusing on life skills and building relationships with the aim of increasing levels of independence.
This role is not about making decisions on someone else's behalf but effective communication and support to enable people to make choices and achieve their own level of independence.
To apply as a Support Worker, experience is not required as we provide full training. However, as everyones requirements and aspirations are different it is essential that you understand and demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to work.
These positions will be on a zero hours contract with agreed regular work/shifts. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
