Working within the IT Services Department you will be an experienced technician who will provide second line technical support to the College’s computers (PC and Mac), printers and peripherals. You should be equally confident and competent in providing technical support on both platforms. You will undertake routine imaging tasks and provide technical support both directly at the users’ computer and remotely, logging your work requests via our Service Desk software, Numara FootPrints.
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) you will have proven hardware and software support experience as well as experience of working in a similar role and environment. You will have a strong commitment to service excellence and be flexible in your ability to work alone or as part of a team.
