Salary £14,866 (pa) London weighting OTE
Giving customers a great time. It’s what you’re used to - and what you’re fantastic at. So you’ll make our store the place to be. A place where people can try out the latest gadgets, get the lowdown on our fantastic products and find the best package to suit them. You’ll help them with a friendly bit of advice here and a nudge in the right direction there. And at the end of the day, you’ll make sure they walk out feeling loved.
You will be willing to work flexible and, where required, extra hours as required (including evenings), by the job and agreed with the Store Manager. The role is not a standard 9 to 5 job and will include Saturdays and Sundays.
To welcome customers into the store, engage them in conversation and sell the benefits of Virgin Media products and services.
To ensure that your individual monthly targets are met. You will achieve this by careful questioning to identify customers’ requirements and recognising service enhancement opportunities for all Virgin products.
Using presentation and demonstration tools provided in store to create a professional and compelling sales presentation.
Handling objections from customers, in order to turn the sale around and influence the customer to buy the product and services.
Essential Skills and Experience
A desire to work in a target driven sales environment with experience of working to targets
Basic computer skills.
Previous experience of dealing with customers.
Interest in and basic understanding of mobile/cable products and services
Good standard of written English
