As Head of Pre-Sales reporting to our Director of Capacity Solutions, you’ll join our new Capacity Solutions team set up specifically to manage WiFi, small cells and inbuilding. Owning and leading the E2E pre-sales process across Arqiva’s capacity products, you’ll define our technical capability requirements and support the identification of customer problems, playing a key role in developing, optimising and evolving high level technical solutions. You’ll also be responsible for managing the Capacity Solutions customer technology roadmap, whilst ensuring Arqiva is perceived as an industry thought leader. Other key features include:
• engaging with customers to understand their requirements over the short- and long-term
• acting as a strategic technical advisor to both technical and non-technical customer staff
• delivering technical innovation to customers to move their thinking forward.
Educated to Degree level in an Engineering, Technology or similar discipline, you’ll have a proven track record with a telecoms provider or systems integrator in a customer-facing role in either a pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical sales function. Your in-depth knowledge of WiFi, small cell, fixed backhaul, 3G and 4G technologies, ideally supported by experience of inbuilding and/or core networks, will underpin your ability to meet demanding customer-driven deadlines. A diligent, active listener, strong on cross-functional working, you’ll be happy to set the pace on technical solution development and advanced problem-solving. Your other attributes will include:
