YMCA Training are looking to grown their existing Employer Engagement Team. These are exciting opportunities for a passionate and tenacious individual to work with the National Employer Engagement Manager to grow our apprenticeship provision nationally.
We are looking to recruit Adviser across the following regions:
Ø Yorkshire and Humber (Doncaster, Hull and Lincoln)
Ø North West (Chester, Warrington and Oldham)
Ø South East (Hove, Eastbourne, Dover)
Ø Greater London (Romford, Welwyn)
Ø Suffolk (Ipswich, Stowmarket)
We also have two temporary roles available:-
Ø Norfolk (Lowestoft, Grt Yarmouth) Temporary post for 6 months.
Ø South Yorkshire (Leeds, Northallerton) Temporary post for 6 months.
If successful you will be expected to increase the volume of Apprentices to ensure fulfilment of the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) contract and secure the growth specified within the YMCA Training Annual Plan.
You will promote and open up apprenticeship vacancies with employers and convert their existing employees into skills learners and manage and monitor the generation of leads and outcomes for multiple centres within a region.
Possessing the ability to maximise the potential of each employer relationship through active account management, you will be able to draw on a wide range of effective sales techniques. Your ultimate goal? To increase market presence by effective and dynamic promotion of YMCA Training’s prospectus.
Experience in sourcing employment vacancies and a good understanding of apprenticeships is highly desirable. A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
