We are looking for temporary advisors to take order and enquiry calls from our customers. We offer 30 hour flexible shifts so that we can be there when are customers need us, offering comprehensive training so you do not need to have previous contact centre experience. All we ask is that you have a great telephone manner, PC skills and want to make a real difference to our customers.
Our most successful Advisors are the ones who have the skills to manage difficult customers – so you should have patience to empathise with the customer but have resilience to move on to the next caller with a smile!
