As a result of the continued development of Nottinghamshire Women's Aid Limited we are looking to recruit the following posts across Bassetlaw, Mansfield and Newark and Sherwood:
Female Refuge Support Workers
£22,221 per annum pro rata for part time, plus pension contribution.
34.5 hour post Bassetlaw and 21.5 hour post Mansfield
The successful person(s) will have an understanding of the effects of domestic abuse on women, young people and children and be committed to working in a non-discriminatory manner. You will be self motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information is essential as is experience of working with women, young people and children in a support setting. You will be required to work flexibly and out of hours on a rota basis. You will need a clean driving licence and use of a car.
