The role: This client currently has a vacancy for a HDM Manager to cover the Midlands and South of England territory. You will be responsible for managing a team of HDMs. The aim of the role is to drive the diabetes portfolio to achieve the Payer marketing/business objectives by improving patient outcomes.
You are responsible for understanding and coaching the use of SPIN selling and ICON 4D negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate: The ideal candidates must have superb knowledge of the NHS,a proven track record of man management, excellent communication skills and collaborative working skills.
