About the role:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to work within one of our busy accident repair centres. The successful candidate will provide support on the customer service desk as well as providing administrative support.
You will be responsible for liaising with customers (both face-to-face and over the telephone), booking vehicles in for repair work, issuing courtesy cars and dealing with all associated paper work. You will also carry out a range of administrative duties including preparing and progressing invoices, processing incoming mail and keeping accurate paper-based and computerised records.
With strong organisational skills, you will be confident in your ability to plan and prioritise tasks to ensure that they are completed both on time and to a high standard. You will be IT literate and have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
