The Sheraton Park Tower Hotel

(A Luxury Collection property) in Knightsbridge, Central London. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be part of an exciting team within the Hotel as well as within the Complex Human Resources department with functionality across three Starwood properties.

As a Head of Department, the

Human Resources Advisor

oversees and manages a range of HR policies. The

Human Resources Advisor

holds the role of on-property HR specialist and provides coaching, guidance and expertise to all members of the team. Areas of expertise will include, but are not limited to, performance management, absence management, grievance procedures, maternity/paternity leave, working conditions and equal opportunities, payroll including budgeting, forecasting and payroll control, leadership coaching and Starwood's people management tools. The HR Advisor will also be an active driver of our Luxury Collection Service Culture and a qualified and passionate Service Culture Trainer.
