JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established business that is continuing to grow and expand due to their success and placement within the market.
You will be joining the team who provide administrative support to the customer service department and work in accordance with deadlines and to a high level of accuracy. Day to day duties include inputting orders, amendments and queries onto an in house database and answering phones when required.
I am looking for the ability to demonstrate accuracy with a keen eye for detail, conscientious approach, commitment and flexibility. You will also be a team player who has a positive, can do attitude and takes pride in their work.
The successful applicant will be expected to quickly progress into a more coordination role which will involve dealing with queries and problems for orders in accordance with tight deadlines.
Core hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday but flexibility to work additional hours is required. Benefits include 22 days holidays, free parking, subsidised canteen and staff discount.
