Job Overview: LawsonKeys have been retained by our client, an automotive 1st tier supplier to key OEM's, looking to attract an experienced automotive Program Manager or Project Manager professional to their successful & established team. As Program Manager you will have strong automotive & lean manufacturing experience with a high level of skills within managing projects, meeting milestones, driving KPI's, developing & mentoring Project Leaders & liaising directly with automotive OEM's. You will be instrumental & knowledgeable with lean tools such as JIT, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and have good prior experience within a TS16949 regulated production force. Supported with good clear & confident communications skills, you will be qualified with an engineering Degree, or a minimum of HND & 10 years recent/current automotive experience.
