Due to a maternity absence, our County Tyrone NI, based Client wishes to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 6 month contract. This job is varied and the successful candidate will enjoy working within a busy, established HR team for a local, leading employer. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will assist in providing a professional, value added HR service in line with legislation and best practice.

Full CIPD membership, essential
Significant and relevant HR generalist experience with practical exposure to all of the above activities
HR experience within the manufacturing/production/engineering sector would be desirable
Sound working knowledge ofUKemployment legislation
High energy and self motivated
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
