IT Project Manager – Change, Software Development – Nottingham – £45k – £65k
Role:
La Fosse Associates are searching for Software Development Project Managers on behalf of a global market leader based in Nottinghamshire. My client requires strong Project Managers with experience managing end-to-end, large budget projects within a fast paced environment. In addition to this candidates must have experience managing teams of 10+ employees on critical projects.
Applicants must have managed large (£500k+) Software Development projects end-to-end
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end delivery of complex IT Change projects or programmes of work within the company’s international IT organization.
Manage cross functional teams of varying size to deliver changes that impact the business operation. This may involve indirect or direct management of other IT PMs, Testers and Developers.
Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently.
Budgetary Management – £50k to £1m
Manage project teams
Accountable for estimating, project planning, reporting, financial planning, issue & risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle
Liaise directly with customers in order to understand requirements
Build strong relationships with Stakeholders and senior sponsors
Key experience and skills:
Strong background in roles carrying leadership responsibility
Management of £250k – £1m budgets
Experience of Agile Methodologies
Experience delivering software development projects in a fast paced business environment
Strong academic record
Proven Stakeholder Management experience
