This international organisation are looking for a National Sales Director to lead the employee benefits sales drive through the intermediary space. Leading a team of 10 sales consultants you will work closely with EBC's and corporate IFA's to drive revenue nationally in order to achieve agreed objectives. Ideally the candidate will be working in the intermediary space or if not in a sales leadership role within a benefits consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and secure a senior role. package is bench marked at £75,000 basic plus full package and performance related bonus.
