A professional Services business is currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join its dynamic team based in South Manchester. The chosen candidate must have recent accountancy experience including competency with transactional duties and some exposure to management accounting. You will also be studying towards an accountancy qualification or alternatively you may be an AAT Finalist or qualified technician. Within this exciting position, you will be reporting to the Financial Accountant and taking responsibility for the following key areas; purchase ledger, payroll, VAT returns and fixed asset register maintenance.
