Our customer contact centre is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week - in order to provide the highest standards of customer service across all continents.
We are currently recruiting for Sales Executive to be part of our call centre to take incoming calls from our customers who are based all over the world.
The Sales Executive position will include answering telephone calls, confirming reservations, administration and upselling to customers who have already confirmed.
The call centre is open 24 hours a day 7 days per week so all applicants must be prepared to work shifts and weekends.
Cruising Excursions will be holding an open day for a group interview on Wednesday the 25th of July 2012 at 2.30pm at our offices in Cannock, Oribital Plaza, Regus Buildings.
