Currently recruiting for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a busy commercial multi-tenanted office environment in the Central London.
Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance to building services and HVAC plant. Looking after general lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting, Hot and Cold water pump maintenance both high and low pressure. Maintaining AHU's, VRV's, A/C Splits, filter changes, belts, bearings, motors, pumps, looking after diesel generators, filters and levels etc. Monitoring BMS, setting points and temperatures, resetting alarms and basic interrogation of the systems. The successful candidate will also need to be OK with plumbing and basic pipe work, (plastic push-fit) as well as toilet unblocks. Looking after cooling towers and chilled water systems, L8 qualifications would be an advantage but not a must as you will be carrying out tap temps etc.
