Our client based in Milton Keynes has a new permanent job for a Management Accountant based within the IT industry, this is a excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced and driven environment in a role that is diverse, dynamic and versatile. Duties include:
  • Approve purchase ledger invoices
  • Monitor employee parking permits
  • Close Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Notes (check and approve)
  • Commission report and costs for sales dept
  • Run register lists for domain renewal quotes
  • Invoice call charges
  • Approve credit card analysis
  • Batch meeting
  • W/O bad debts
  • Purchase order authorisation
  • TP monthly install invoice
  • Reconcile extensive invoices
  • Management Accounts
  • Fixed Assets
  • Stock
  • Trade debtors
  • Prepayments
  • Trade Creditors
  • Accruals This would suit a progressive part qualified CIMA / ACCA studier who is excellent on Excel as part of the role includes working with extensive spreadsheets with a high level of data, as well as importing data from a new system.
