Our client, based in the City currently has a new position for a graduate PA to hit the ground running and provide a
professional and proactive function to the Directors as well as provide support to sales/marketing.
Provide seamless PA support to the Directors including meeting and diary maangement and assiting them in various
Management of the sales admin process - preparing presentations, pitches and contracts.
Liaising with clients regarding enquiries and proposals.
Manage the CRM database.
Preparing reports - weekly and monthly in co-orindation with meetings.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, enthusiastic and be able to provide a high level of PA support. You will be able
to work accurately and quickly and deal with tight and conflicting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Able to work in a fast paced, professional environment.
Excellent level of MS office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Looking for a challenge and take on additional responsibilities.
