You'll be there - whatever they need, whatever it takes - to coach people through their technological issues.
As a Customer Support Adviser you will:
As well as an avid interest in all things technical, what we really need are Customer Support professionals who can build a rapport with customers - people who can ask the right questions and find the right answers. At the heart of our success is fantastic customer service - being responsive to requests, keeping explanations clear and simple, and ensuring every customer leaves us delighted. So customer facing experience (ideally within a retail team) is important, as is a personal drive to deliver the very best solution to everyone you meet.
- Assist customers with service/repair issues within the Standard Operating Platform (SOP) of the Precinct
- Provide the initial contact with customers, checks in product, and runs basic tests to determine product needs and service solutions
- Facilitate the complete solution of product sales, upgrades, installations and service in the store.
- Personify and uphold the Geek Squad service standards.
