IT Project Support Engineer – Manchester circa £32K + Bonus + Benefits. Our client based in Manchester is currently looking to recruit an experienced IT Projects Engineer to join their expanding IT Team. The Ideal candidate will have 3 years + experience maintaining and improving critical IT systems. The core skills for this position are NetApp, VMWare, Server focussed, ITIL and experienced with IT Project work.
Core Skill Set:Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide 3rd line support for company systems.
Undertake large projects to constantly update & improve systems and procedures.
Ability to plan and work as a team on a wide range of tasks.
Proactively Identify gaps / weaknesses in current systems.
Undertake advanced troubleshooting of complex problems.
Ensure maximum availability of all key systems.
Maintain and monitor the security and integrity of systems and data contained therein.
